Minimal Miracles

We understand that trust is earned and because of that we have a Minimal Miracles tier strictly dedicated to building our bond. We want you to be confident and comfortable in knowing that we will get the job done.

Includes:

5 hours / month
All pricing packages are discussed, agreed upon, and documented prior to initial service.
Plans can be renewed monthly or annually .
Package Cancellations: We ask that you give us 3 business days to stop payment, perform off-boarding task (such as document return, password returned). We hope you'll answer a feedback survey but not required.

Moderate Miracles

$300

(per month)

Once you are confident and comfortable with our work, we can begin to grow and maintain our bond through regular task assignments. The Moderate Miracles tier is for the clients that know we are a good fit and would like a monthly payment package.

Includes:

10 hours / month
All pricing packages are discussed, agreed upon, and documented prior to initial service.
Plans can be renewed monthly or annually .
Package Cancellations: We ask that you give us 3 business days to stop payment, perform off-boarding task (such as document return, password returned). We hope you'll answer a feedback survey but not required.

Maximum Miracles

The Maximum Miracles tier is for the clients that have developed a relationship of trust with Digital Miracles and need dedicated continuous business support.

Includes:

20 hours / month
All pricing packages are discussed, agreed upon, and documented prior to initial service.
Plans can be renewed monthly or annually .
Package Cancellations: We ask that you give us 3 business days to stop payment, perform off-boarding task (such as document return, password returned). We hope you'll answer a feedback survey but not required.

We know that not every task can be accounted for. Whether you are unsure of the amount of hours needed, need to add on additional hours to a project or only need a few hours, we are here to help!

Please Note:

Must be discussed and approved by both Client and Digital Miracles VA. All decisions made must be documented and signed via contract.
If adding additional hours to an existing project, a new invoice with additional hours will be sent to Client requesting additional payment.
If Client is unsure of hours and starting with hourly plan:
- Bi-weekly meeting to discuss updates must be scheduled for durations of project
- Bi-weekly payments, invoiced and paid prior to beginning next scheduled bi-weekly work
Clients can choose to update their package at any time and will be documented via contract.

AdHoc Miracles

Special Miracles

Clients that have a special project that will take anywhere from 1 to 12 months to complete. This tier is usually applied after the discovery call and we confirm that this is indeed the best plan for you. Special projects usually requires exclusive support to ensure deadlines are met.
